Panel settings:

• A choice between three tensioning values(minimum, medium and maximum) with adjustment between 0 and 100% for each scale;
• Strap tension adjustment according to the type of pack;

Strap width selection:

• For strap widths 5mm and 6 mm;
• For strap widths from 7 mm to 9 mm and from 10 mm to 12 mm

Smooth recovery of strap over the pack edges;

Automatic re-feeding of the strap in the event of a strap feed failure;

Jam-free self-ejection of the strapping loop in the event of accidental operation of the machine without a pack being present(photo 4);

Strap self-loading system;

Device to ensure accurate alignment of the two strap ends during the welding operation;

It's easier to make the maintenance of the machine by opening the frontal housing(photo 1).
